Abstract

|
|
This study were to analyse chromosomal karyotype and some problems of cytogenetics were presented.
The modal diploid chromosome number of landlocked atlantic salmon(Salmo solar sebago) was 56 and the karyotype consisted of 8 pairs of meta-submetacentrics and 20 pairs of acro-, telocentrics. The modal diploid chromosome number of Brook trout(Salvelinus fontinalis) was 84 and the karyotype consisted of 8 pairs of metacentrics and 33 telocentrics. The modal diploid chromosome number of lake trout(Salvelinus fontinalis) was 84 and the karyotype consisted of 8 pairs of metacentrics and 33 telocentrics.
